Marketplace Policies

Authenticity and prohibited items

Counterfeit, altered, stolen, illegally obtained, or misidentified cards are prohibited. Sellers may list only supported catalog items they possess and are authorized to sell. Suspected violations may result in cancellation, refunds, payout holds, evidence requests, or account suspension.

Condition

Listings use Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, and Damaged conditions. Sellers must account for wear, scratches, bends, creases, water damage, ink, alterations, and other defects. A card materially worse than listed may qualify for a return or refund.

Shipping

Sellers must ship within 48 hours and provide accurate tracking when required. Orders of $50 or more require tracking. If shipment is delayed, the buyer may cancel for a full refund unless the buyer affirmatively agrees to the delay.

Cancellations and refunds

Buyers may cancel an unshipped order within 12 hours. Sellers may cancel an unshipped order when fulfillment is impossible. Refund eligibility includes non-delivery, counterfeit items, material condition discrepancies, damage, and wrong items. Return instructions and evidence may be required before resolution.

Disputes

Buyers and sellers should communicate through the order page. TCG Brave may review messages, tracking, listing data, photographs, and other evidence and may refund the buyer, protect the seller, or suspend funds while reviewing a dispute.
