Terms of Service
Marketplace role
TCG Brave operates a marketplace where independent sellers list and fulfill trading-card orders. The seller, not TCG Brave, owns and supplies listed merchandise. TCG Brave processes marketplace payments, administers buyer support, and may enforce these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to create an account or transact. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use.
Purchases and payments
Displayed totals include item prices, shipping, applicable fees, and sales tax. Payments are processed by Stripe. An order is accepted only after payment succeeds. We may cancel and refund orders affected by fraud, pricing errors, unavailable inventory, or policy violations.
Listings and condition
Listings must identify the correct card printing and condition. Card images may be catalog references rather than photographs of the exact item. Sellers remain responsible for accurate descriptions, authenticity, and fulfillment.
Disputes and refunds
Order cancellations, returns, refunds, and delivery disputes are governed by the Marketplace Policies. Payment disputes filed with a card issuer remain subject to card-network and Stripe procedures.
Acceptable use
Do not commit fraud, manipulate transactions, scrape or disrupt the service, infringe intellectual property, evade enforcement, or buy or sell prohibited or counterfeit goods. We may restrict or terminate accounts and preserve records required for fraud prevention or law.
Service and liability
The marketplace is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, TCG Brave is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or for seller conduct. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance. Questions may be sent to support@tcgbrave.gg.
