Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, shipping addresses, marketplace activity, listings, messages, support communications, policy acceptances, device and security logs, and transaction records. Stripe collects payment, bank, tax, and identity-verification information directly; TCG Brave does not store full payment-card or bank-account numbers.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts, process and fulfill orders, calculate tax, pay sellers, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, provide support, send transactional messages, enforce policies, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
Information is shared as necessary with the buyer or seller involved in a transaction and with providers including Stripe, email delivery, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, fraud-prevention, tax, and professional advisers. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the marketplace.
Retention and security
We retain transaction, tax, payout, dispute, and fraud records as required for legitimate business and legal purposes. Other information is deleted or deidentified when no longer needed. We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted secrets, backups, and monitoring, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information by contacting privacy@tcgbrave.gg. Some financial, security, and legal records cannot be deleted immediately. Marketing messages, if introduced, will include an unsubscribe mechanism.
Children and scope
TCG Brave is a United States marketplace for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
