Seller Agreement

Seller status

You sell as an independent marketplace seller, not as an employee or agent of TCG Brave. You are responsible for your inventory, listing accuracy, legal authority to sell, income reporting, and obligations not expressly collected by the marketplace.

Stripe Connect

You must complete and maintain Stripe Connect verification. Stripe may request identity, business, bank, or tax information and may issue applicable tax forms. TCG Brave may disable sales or payouts when Stripe capabilities are restricted.

Fees, tax, and payouts

TCG Brave deducts disclosed marketplace and payment-processing amounts. Sales tax collected by TCG Brave is not seller revenue. Seller proceeds are held until the order becomes payout-eligible and may be reduced or held for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or negative balances.

Fulfillment and buyer remedies

You must ship within 48 hours, use required tracking, preserve shipping evidence, and respond promptly to order issues. You authorize TCG Brave and Stripe to reverse transfers, refund payments, and offset amounts you owe from current or future proceeds.

Authenticity and enforcement

You warrant that every item is authentic, accurately identified and graded, lawfully owned, and not prohibited. TCG Brave may inspect evidence, remove listings, cancel orders, withhold payouts, or suspend or terminate selling privileges.
